Terms of service

Simplified Structures provides configurable models, material selections, and planning estimates. Outputs are not bids, engineered drawings, permit documents, or professional architectural or engineering advice. You remain responsible for site conditions, code requirements, taxes, freight, soils, utilities, dimensions, and professional review.

Paid plans renew at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the billing-management link in your signed-in account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid period.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Nuko will review requests involving duplicate billing, failure to deliver purchased access, or refunds required by law. Submit the request through Support and keep the returned reference number.

You retain rights in project inputs you provide and grant Nuko the limited permission needed to process, store, and return them. Do not submit content you lack authority to use, evade plan or security controls, upload malware, or interfere with the service or other customers.

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis and features may change as defects are corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuko disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions, billing disputes, and notices should be submitted through Support so they receive a durable reference.
