Privacy notice

We collect account identifiers and email, building configurations and designs you choose to save, quote-request details, generated package metadata, subscription and billing identifiers, support messages, and limited security and service logs. Stripe receives payment details directly; Simplified Structures does not store full card numbers.

We use information to authenticate customers, save and reopen designs, calculate planning estimates, generate paid design packages, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting, database, authentication, and payment providers process the minimum information needed to deliver their services. A quote request is used to evaluate and respond to the requested project; it is not sold to unrelated advertisers.

We retain account, design, quote, subscription, package, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect the system, and meet legal obligations. Use Support to request access, correction, deletion, or a privacy review. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is risk-free. Simplified Structures is a business product and is not directed to children under 13.
