Before sending
Do not include passwords, API keys, full payment-card numbers, or regulated information. For design issues, include the approximate dimensions, selected options, and error message rather than confidential project documents.
Billing and cancellation
Signed-in paid customers can manage or cancel their subscription from the billing control. If that path is unavailable, choose Billing above and include the account email and a description of the issue.
